How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Secethnic Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Secethnic Mold Help
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Secethnic Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@secethnic.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
You should get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
